Busy West Side technical solutions company seeks immediate full-time tech savy office administrator / personal assistant. This is an office dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of technical solutions including IT, audio video, telecom, security, automation, customer service and support. The company deals with a high end sophisticated clientele and our staff is expected to be of the highest caliber in terms of appearance, demeanor, and education. The working atmosphere is extremely friendly and inviting, and the company is growing quickly and growth of a loyal enthusiastic client base is dependent upon the highest level of communication from every staff member . The right candidate will be bright, genuine, warm, sophisticated, and outgoing in keeping with the pervasive office culture. There is ample room for growth in the position with respect to both responsibility and compensation. Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, scheduling, tracking technicians, faxing, filing, client file preparation, data entry, inventory, accounts receivable with quickbooks as well as special projects and some personal errands in support of the CEO to whom the candidate would report directly. Flexibility and adaptability are essential as the workplace is dynamic and staff members are called upon to support one another and projects as necessary.

The candidate must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, google office, quickbooks, highly-organized, a team-player that interacts well with others and, above all else, posses the ability to maintain grace under pressure. Experience working in the
Technology sector is a distinct plus, but not required provided there is a genuine enthusiasm for technology solutions and a willingness to learn. Someone who has worked with a start up or is adept at designing workflow systems would be a plus. Schedule is Monday through Friday 9-6 with minor variability and some possibility of telecommuting, and working from CEO's home office.
