Fantastic Opportunity for an Enthusiastic, Entrepreneurial Administrator/ Liasion / OM to take us to the next level!

We have an immediate opening for a strong person who can interact with others, to represent the company and its policies, to create stability and flow through the office, and respond to the daily needs of management.

Our ideal person is great with the details in running the day-to-day affairs of a front office, is HANDS-ON and has the common sense and quickness to handle 10 things at once! The office can be busy and hectic at times, as well as slow, so it is VERY important to take initiative in your down-time. Please be a great communicator with clients and employees! **Not for timid or shy personalities**

Areas of Purview

1) Answer the company phones to schedule patients and staff. Lots of scheduling and coordinating.
2) Process patient charts, maintenance and location of files, records and reports.
3) Handle stocking, inventories and facilities.
4) General Bookkeeping -- Comfortable working with numbers and general bookkeeping concepts and functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and formulas.
5) Insurance verifications, authorizations.
6) Drafting of correspondence. Proficiency in Microsoft Word. Good English and grammar.
7) Developing networking opportunities.
8) Assist with special projects and reports.
9) Support staffing and human resources management.

Qualifications:

-- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with accurate typing of 60 wpm
-- Professional appearance and optimistic attitude. Bright, Fun, Sharp!
-- Team player with effective ideas. Conflict resolution skills.
-- Excellent customer service / marketing / advertising skills.
-- Decisive, detailed and results oriented.
-- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
-- Knowledge of Social Media.
-- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-- Stable and mature, good time management skills.
-- Ability to work independently and without supervision.
-- Punctual!

The position begins at 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday 2p.m. to 6 p.m. with some Saturday off-site reception and potential for increased hours. The beginning rate is between $12 and $15 an hour, with a top pay of $18 per hour, based on regular increases after a 90-day performance and review. A small benefits package is available after the 90-day introductory period.
