Inside Sales/Office Manager Position: Applicant must have great self-initiative with a can-do attitude, driven, assertive, and competent. THIS IS A START UP COMPANY.
Must be proficient with Social Media tools like Constant Contact, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Must be PROFICIENT with MS Office; Must be able to Manage all Office needs. This is a new position, in a new office. Individual will be required to be flexible to perform all professional functions. This is a NEW office, and will need this position to assist in establishing the business.
Also, Applicant must have great interpersonal skills; must be adaptable to challenging environments; must be able to manage a small business office; must also have great Marketing and Sales Background -able to create a marketing and sales plan, follow-up with possible clients, be able to create sales plan and effectively administer it.
Individual must be a self-starter, self-motivated individual with great personal initiative. Salary is $1500 per month to start depending on experience. Health Benefits after 90 day Probationary period.
Background check, Clean DMV required; Drug Free Environment, and Drug Testing Required; Non-smoker preferred.
