I am looking for a part time EXCELENT Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant / Office Manager, eventually evolving to full time position and overseeing additional staff.

I would prefer a college age person with little to no experience, so I can teach you good working habits, but of course all can apply

No two days will be the same and much of the time you will be working on your own with little to no supervision out of my Burbank residence, and sometimes from your home. The atmosphere will be low key but result driven.

I work in the Entertainment Industry and own Real Estate along with multiple brands, so you will be assisting me with all of my professional areas along with a few personal details. You will have specific responsibilities and measureable goals to meet each week. As you exceed a benchmark, you will be given additional days to work and more responsibilities, so it's really up to you how quickly you can advance to full time and full pay status.

You will have two main responsibilities: save me time and make the companies money, thus the job will consist of about:
- 20% personal assistance (doing things around the home while I'm on the road)
- 20% administrative tasks (emails, paperwork, invoicing, bank runs, etc)
- 50% marketing and scheduling of my schedule
- 10% technology (updating websites, emails, social media, etc)

If you are looking for a job to punch the clock and do mindless flipping of burgers, this is not for you. I need a person who can excel each day, help me win and thus reward you for your participation of the team. The more you help me win, the more I get to financially reward you.
