Sales Marketing Administrative Assistant

We have an immediate opening for a Full-Time Sales Marketing Administrative Assistant to work within the Sales Marketing Department with 5-7 years experience providing administrative support in a professional environment. Candidate must have written and oral communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); excellent attendance and punctuality as well as the ability to successfully perform multiple responsibilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage calendars and email of managers.
Cold calling to set up appointments for sales staff.
Support Marketing/Sales team with business reporting/analysis function: sales analysis, forecast, analysis and data management, maintain reports as assigned.
Review update and prepare contracts, and proposals.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation to managers.
Assist in the development, coordination and creation of multiple, time sensitive direct mail programs, newsletters, advertisements, flyers, sales support, brochures, presentations and e-mail marketing campaigns.
Strong creative writing, editing and proofing skills including writing experience in collateral materials.
Thorough follow-up with customers, team members and entire company.
Must be able to prioritize and carry out duties and handle proprietary information in a confidential manner.
Must be able to organize projects, manage deadlines/timelines and report on progress of multiple projects assigned by manager.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively and work independently.

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office Applications required.
Good writing, analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Must be extremely high energy and have a desire to learn.
5 -7 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills, both written and oral
Positive, customer service attitude
Ability to work in a team environment and achieve results consistently in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, able to perform role with minimal supervision, taking ownership and demonstrate sense of urgency
Bachelor Degree preferred
