Our continuously growing team is looking for a passionate individual to join WebMetro as the Digital Media Supervisor. This position will report directly to the Digital Media Director.

WebMetro has also recently expanded the firm's headquarters in San Dimas, CA, and added a second location in West Los Angeles, and it has also celebrated its 15th anniversary as an internet marketing company. WebMetro is also certified by the National Minority Supplier Development Council.

We are seeking a Digital Media Supervisor to join our growing team. As the Media Supervisor, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and growth across the departments campaigns, overseeing the execution of campaigns and assisting in the department's day to day process development and growth. The Media Supervisor will be a driver in client strategic development and will work with the Media Director to development media methodologies, identify new testing opportunities and ensure client satisfaction. Candidates should be have extensive experience working with digital media vendors and technology platforms and be forward thinking to help shape media strategies in Email and Display. Position in located in our West LA office.

Key Responsibilities:

Department Growth New Business
o Support Media Director in all aspects of digital campaign development, recommendations, presentations, execution and reporting
o Contribute directly to WebMetro new business pitches and presentations
o Identify opportunities for increasing operational efficiencies
o Identify growth opportunities within current WebMetro accounts and solidify client interest for a review of opportunities
o Seek out new vendor opportunities and strengthen current vendor relationships

Campaign Management:
o Maintain and encourage cross-departmental collaboration to ensure that campaigns run smoothly
o Ensure clear understanding of advertiser media objectives and coordinate with team to develop strategies to meet goals.
o Review status items with Media Planner/Buyer and Assistant Media Planner/Buyer on a regular basis
o Review campaign performance with Media Buyers/Planners on a regular basis and ensure that campaigns are meeting or exceeding client CPA goals
o Ensure media campaigns do not exceed authorized media budget
o Develop the Annual and Quarterly reporting agendas and delegate as necessary for completion
o Submit final approved Invoice Totals to Finance Department
o Report any client concerns or campaign challenges to senior team members to identify solutions and ensure proper client follow up

Media Methodology Team Training:
o Stay apprised of industry standards, changes to technology and new media programs and opportunities
o Provide thought leadership on display and email buying methodologies and mentor media team to develop their negotiation, analysis, planning, buying and optimization skills
o Lead Training on Display, Email and Emerging Media offerings as needed

Requirements:

Thorough understanding of direct marketing and media planning
Ability to represent the Agency at client meetings and on conference calls
Demonstrated ability to contribute to media strategies
Strong analytical and mathematical skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to manage, train, and delegate effectively
Computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and Power Point
Proficiency with media research tools
Strong communication skills and likelihood to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment
Ability to adapt and maintain a positive and professional attitude under pressure
Organized with ability to follow through on issues and pay close attention to detail
4-6 years of relevant media agency experience

Preferred:
Working knowledge of HTML
Prior experience with Doubleclick DART for Advertisers
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
