Looking for assistant to general project manager of drafting and permit processing firm.
1. Drafting experience required but does not need to be extensive. Must be autocad proficient.
2. Willing to learn building dept procedures. We are very willing patient to teach the trade.
3. Willing to work from home and travel to various SoCal locations to take as built measurements, meet with building officials, and find necessary information.
4. Investigate code and city requirements
This is PART TIME and will be paid on a per-project basis. Fits perfectly for motivated individual who's looking to enter into the design and architecture industry.
Must be presentable and able to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
