CAMERON | PACE Group, the industry leader in 3D technologies and production services, is looking for a PCB Engineering Technician for its facility in Burbank, CA. The qualified candidate must have a background in designing, construction and evaluating PCB circuit boards in support of a fast-paced, changing, creative environment.

This position supports Product Engineering through construction and testing of prototype and production level products. This position's responsibilities also involve the identification and correction of product defects and deficiencies as they are discovered.

The PCB Engineering Technician is assigned duties directly by Engineers who will also assist with prioritizing. All assigned responsibilities must be completed accurately and by due dates. PCB Tech has the responsibility to fix errors/problems as they are discovered, obtaining appropriate direction and authority when necessary (to purchase tools/supplies, etc.).

Responsibilities include:
Create manufacturing/assembly documentation on freshly completed designs, including parts list, BOM, wiring harnesses and cables
Prepare engineering design documentation, test procedures, detailed data reports and, document the results and methods used
Provide and sustain manufacturing engineering support, providing critical feedback to Engineers as appropriate
Check drawings, circuit boards, and schematics for accuracy
PCB troubleshooting, including performing design validation and testing
Build prototype circuits and assemblies, performing qualification verification as appropriate
Locate required prototype parts and make minor modifications to improve or debug the product
Educational/Experience requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician with an emphasis in repair and troubleshooting of PCB circuitry
2 year degree in Engineering Technology or equivalent
Experience with or education on compliance issues is highly desirable
Competent with all standard circuitry equipment, fluent and experienced with EAGLE CAD and/or Pulsonix
Experienced with building prototype electronic projects
Familiar with test equipment, scopes, logic probes, voltmeters, power supplies and signal generators
Detail oriented, team player with excellent documentation and communication skills
