Developer needs drawings and computer renderings of the front elevation, the lobby, and the units. Developer will need to meet with you multiple times to refine the design but a good portion of the work can be done on your own time.
Developer will pay a flat fee and the job will take about a month.
You must provide all materials and equipment.
