OGPlanet is a gaming publisher of free-to-play, massively multiplayer online (MMO), downloadable PC games, based in Torrance California.
We currently have branches located in Torrance, California, Seoul, Vancouver, and Berlin, Germany. In hopes to expand our company, we are seeking management candidates to train in Vancouver, and relocate to Brazil! Possible candidates must know how to speak English and Portuguese fluently.
This position is ideal for someone who is business minded and strong willed. In Vancouver, you will learn how to work with Licensing Managers, Project Managers, Quality Assurance, IT Engineers, Operations, Associate Producers, and Game Masters. You will also be working with a team of 30 or greater, and eventually help be a pioneer for a new branch of OGPlanet. Come join our family and enjoy your job!

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, international communications, etc.
Proficient in using computer software
Superb leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Management skills for a small to medium sized company with at least 2-3 years in experience
In depth understanding of the gaming industry
A strong vision and direction to improve and achieve company goals and deadlines in a timely manner
Oversee business operations and financials
Strong work ethic
Desire to grow within the company
Bilingual in English and Portuguese
Consistent and committed
Proven leadership ability in a team environment
High integrity with co-workers, CEO, and clients
Willingness to travel and be adventurous!
