A collection agency is looking for a self-motivated individual capable of working within a team environment. The ideal candidate should:
Possess collection experience;
Possess excellent telephone demeanor;
Possess good computer skills;
Possess good mathematical skills;
Be self-motivated;
Possess effective negotiation and communication skills;
Be able to multi-task and work in a high paced atmosphere;
Experience in customer service, telemarketing or sales is a plus;
