Location -- Los Angeles, CA
Compensation - $35,000 - $45,000 annually
Summary - A full time position that would be responsible for maintaining the quality of the products. Should have experience in Signs Graphics industry and must be able to work in production.
Duties -
-Need to be "Hands-on" and involved with every aspect of the production department.
-Need to spend time with each employee, guide them and work with them on a daily basis.
-Make sure that the quality of work is excellent. Every order needs to meet or exceed the customers' expectations (make sure the correct material is used, correct quantity, correct size, correct finish)
-Create a positive place for the employees to work in; keep them happy and motivated
-Maintain all the machines on a regular basis
-Train the employees on an ongoing basis (how to use the machines, how to take pride in the work they put out, how to keep then department clean, how to streamline the processes)
-Reduce errors and re-do's due to lack of training or carelessness
-Maintain inventory of supplies and re-order as and when needed.
Knowledge and Skills
- Experience of at least 5 years in signs and graphics industry
- A team player with leadership skills
- Proficient in arithmetic skills.
- Posses knowledge of computers
- Is Result oriented
- Knowledge of large format printers, CNC router is a plus
