Commercial Construction Contractor seeking a Full ChargeBookkeeper, with the following qualifications:
Must have extensive computer knowledge, including QuickBooks, MS Word, Excel and Outlook
Manage day-to-day project work flow including client and team communications.
Experience with Quickbooks a must
Experience with CONSTRUCTION bookkeeping
Experience with Accounts Payables and Receivables UNION PAYROLL
Establishing relationships with vendors
Must be well organized and a self starter
Notary a plus

Able to work Full Time Monday -- Friday (start time 7:30am) and occasional Saturdays when necessary
