A small growing company in need of a Full-time and dedicated Accounting Clerk with 2-5 years solid experience in the following capacity:
- Accounting/Bookkeeping
- AR (Sales)/AP (Vendors/Accounts)
- Invoicing, Packing, Shipping, Receiving
- Inventory management (using Quickbooks)
-Knowledge of Excel and Word for preparing excel spreadsheets
- Payroll Processing
- Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation
-Knowledge of quickbooks is required.
-The ideal candidate will be organized
-Strong telephone and interpersonal skills required
-Previous accounting office experience is required
- Preparation of requirements for Business/Personal Tax payments
- Preparation of financial/aging reports
-Type 45+ words per minute
-Great communication skills
-Team Player
- Positive and Friendly attitude a must!
*Self motivation
*Ability to problem solve with little guidance
