West Valley IT Consulting Company is looking for a part time 15-20 hrs/wk office assistant.

Duties include: answering phones, entering client issues into ticketing system, scheduling technician calls, etc. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, energetic, professional, and quick learner with the ability to multi- task while paying attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong decision making ability are equally important.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel, and have excellent typing skills. Experience with Quick Books is a plus.
