BioScreen Testing Services, Inc. a well established consumer product testing laboratory, providing services to the Pharmaceutical /Biotech, Medical Device and OTC /Personal Care industries is currently seeking a Part Time Clinical Recruiter for our Torrance Clinical Facility. Two positions are available. One is for a candidate that speaks fluent Mandarin and the second is for a candidate that speaks fluent Japanese or Korean.

BioScreen Clinical Services conducts human clinical safety and claim substantiation/efficacy studies for cosmetics/personal care products, topical and ophthalmic drug products.

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00am to 8:00pm

Details:

1. Recruit Asian subjects for clinical studies by going door to door or scouting business, churches or other associations within the local Asian (Chinese, Korean or Japanese) community.
2. Must have valid drivers license and your own transportation and drive to local destinations..
3. Must have very good interpersonal skills and ability to recruit subjects for clinical studies.
4. Generate flyers and other recruiting materials.
5. Screen incoming candidates and inform about BioScreen Clinical Services.
6. Inform subjects about current and future studies using the Recruiting Summary.
7. Recruit for studies as scheduled; screen subjects according to inclusion/exclusion criteria, study schedule.
8. Update and maintain Participant Database.
9. Handle any other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

1. Fluent in Chinese, Korean or Japanese.
2. High School Diploma or GED.
3. Excellent oral communication skills.
4. Detail and multi-task oriented.
5. Excellent computer skills.
6. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques.
7. Ability to work independently.
