Job Description
Recruiting for one position in the Greater Los Angeles Area and also SF Bay Area
Responsible for the design, construction and renovation of the company's two retail concepts within the pipeline including Ground Up and Tenant Improvement
Must be teamwork oriented, organized, detailed oriented, problem-solver, independent but communicative, ability to work with all types of people, driven to do the job
This position reports to the Regional Director of Construction.
Assist Design Group with pre-design, design management and assembling bid packages
Responsible for the entire construction project all the way through completion including final fixtures.
Responsible for managing full time on-site Superintendents
Manage Weekly progress meetings both from office and while traveling
Timely turnaround of Submittals, RFI's, change order requests, and pay applications
Requirements:
An Engineering, Architectural, or Construction Management degree is required
At least 5 years experience in Ground Up, Tenant Improvement, or related construction
Corporate Retail Construction experience, ideally 5 yrs
Computer literate, MS Office, MS Project, Outlook email, Timberline experience a plus
Travel approximately 25 to 40% in Western States
DMV, Drug testing, and basic background checks will be required
