OFFICE MANAGER/FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

Art Gallery featuring art, jewelry and unique gifts is looking to hire an Office Manager/Full Charge Bookkeeper, minimum 2 years of Management experience. The ideal candidate must be a Quick Learner and able to manage an Office. Must be extremely Detail Oriented and have very good Problem- solving skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:
Account Reconciliations
Accounts Payable/Receivable
Quick Books Payroll
Enforces Company's Policies and Procedures
Prepares and ensures accuracy of weekly/real time reports that provide insight into the performance of different departments.
Researches and complete special projects as assigned.
Purchase Orders
UPS

Job Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in small business or retail accounting and office management
Detail oriented
The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle changing priorities is required.
Extensive Quick Books and Excel experience
Strong communication skills
Strong work ethics and very dependable.
Quick Learner that enjoys constant growth and professional learning
Works well as part of a team and independently
Extremely Detail Oriented and Highly Organized
Self-Motivated that is proactive and has initiative
Strong follow-up skills
Works well under pressure and has the ability to multi-task
