We are seeking a Collections/Customer Service Representative/Manager with minimum 2-3 years of experience.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving goals and exceeding Collections quotas
and we want you to GROW WITH OUR COMPANY.
Job Responsibilities:
Collects past due balances, monitor Collections performance and implement Collections strategies
Analyze Collections data and provide recommendations for changes and improvement
Prepare weekly Collections Reports, Collections Forecast and other reports as needed
Job Requirements:
Quick Learner
Works well as part of a team and independently
Extremely Detail Oriented and Highly Organized
Self Motivated
Works well under pressure and has the ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills, knowledge of Spanish is a plus
Must have a knowledge in Excel
