Controller Job Purpose Responsibilities:
Come join one of the fastest growing food manufacturers based in Los Angeles. This position oversees the accounting and financial operations, providing direction, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures. Responsibilities in this capacity include providing analysis and insight used to make sound business decisions. In addition to having full P L and month end responsibility, the Controller is accountable for managing the cost controls and manufacturing costing functions.
The candidate must be able to work in a dynamic environment, where initiative and team effort lead to necessary results and business goals. The right candidate will be an agent of change and assist in establishing best practices and procedures by ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements as well as advising management of needed actions.

Managing Processes, Financial Software (Mas 200), Developing Standards, Audit, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Tracking Budget Expenses, Financial Skills, Analyzing Information, Developing Budgets, Performance Management, Forecasting and Budgeting
Education Experience:
4 year Accounting Degree (CPA Preferred)
3-5 years' experience with progressive levels of responsibility
Excellent communication skills
Superior computer skills
