Tax Manager (Partnership and Individual Taxation)
Background
We are a fast-growing tax firm with a focus on providing high-end services to technology companies with international and multi-state operations. Our firm's core client base is corporate, approximately 16% of which are publicly traded.
Services
Tax services provided by the firm include international tax planning, transfer pricing, MA, multi-state tax consulting, general tax return compliance and tax provisions. As the firm has grown, there is a growing need for Partnership and Individual tax services.

We offer a close knit startup-like environment catering to tax professionals desiring a challenging workplace servicing Big 4 audit clients but without the administrative chores and horrendous working hours. Compensation is based on experience and is competitive.
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
-4 to 7 years of tax experience with at least 2 years with a Big 4 practice required. Partnership and Individual taxation background a must.
-Review Partnership and Individual tax returns.
-Ultimately, if not immediately, federal and multi-state tax returns, provisions and tax opinion memorandums
-Conduct research, plan special projects and provide tax consultation
-Manage, develop and sustain excellent client relationships
-Supervise, mentor and motivate associate and senior level staff
-Experience working with multiple client engagements and client service teams
-Master's degree in Taxation from an accredited college/university and/or CPA preferred
