We are a growing Tax Representation Firm looking for talented Enrolled Agents that are up for the challenge of working in the tax relief / resolution industry. As a company we are committed to providing exceptional service while we negotiate and manage our clients tax cases. We work with our clients to bring them into compliance and manage their situations. Excellent customer service is at all times is a must, no exceptions.

The goal is to find someone with a solid tax background and an understanding of the tax relief / resolution industry. As an Enrolled Agent you will work in a team environment and also deal directly with our customers. You will be doing things such as tax filing, negotiating payment plans, evaluating what a client qualifies for based on IRS and state guidelines, essentially resolving the clients tax problems permanently through a number of methods allowed by law. There is a lot of busy work such as interviewing the clients, making detailed notes in the CRM, putting together financial statements, and communicating to the IRS state on the clients behalf. You must have excellent written skills and strong telephone / communication skills as they are neccessary in order to effectively deal with the IRS State. All cases need to be treated with White Glove treatment and a sense of urgency. We are here to help our clients manage their unique tax issues therefore you must pay attenti on to detail, be thourough, ask tough questions when needed, prioritize cases and work within cases and make sure clients are doing there job.

What we are looking for:
Understanding of Tax Relief / Resolution
Tax Treparation Experience
Enrolled Agent (will accept an EA that is waiting for final confirmation)
Strong Computer Skills
Able to work successfully in a team environment
Strong Customer Relationship Skills

Experience working in a heavily regulated industry, adhering strictly to ethical standards and best practices, and working with state and federal taxes a great plus.

Salary $2000 per month for the first 90 day probation period / $2,500 per month from day 91 - 180 / $3,000 per month after 180 days
