We are a growing Tax Representation Firm looking for talented Enrolled Agent that is up for the challenge of working in the tax relief / resolution industry. As a company we are committed to providing exceptional service while we negotiate and manage our client's tax cases. We work with our clients to bring them into compliance and manage their situations. Excellent customer service is at all times is a must, no exceptions.
Your daily activities will include but not be limited to the preparation and submission all types of Installment Agreements, Offers in Compromise, Audit Reconsideration defense, Penalty Abatement Requests as well as other negotiations to Internal Revenue Service and State Taxation Departments. Must have a strong presence over the phone and be capable of negotiating with Revenue Officers as well as the Collection Division of IRS and State Tax Agencies. Must have strong leadership qualities as you will be working in a team environment as the leader.
Our goal is to hire someone with a solid tax background and an understanding of the tax relief / resolution industry. As a Tax Attorney and /or Enrolled Agent you will work in a team environment and also deal directly with our customers. Your team as a whole will be doing things such as tax filing, negotiating payment plans, evaluating what a client qualifies for based on IRS and state guidelines, essentially resolving the clients tax problems permanently through a number of methods allowed by law. There is a lot of busy work such as interviewing the clients, making detailed notes in the CRM, putting together financial statements, and communicating to the IRS state on the client's behalf so you need to be good at delegating. You must have excellent written skills and strong telephone / communication skills as they are necessary in order to effectively deal with the IRS State. All cases need to be treated with White Glove treatment and a sense of urgency. We are here to help our clients manage their unique tax issues therefore you must pay attention to detail, be thorough, ask tough questions when needed, prioritize cases and work within cases and make sure clients are doing there job.

What we are looking for:
Understanding of Tax Relief / Resolution

Strong Negotiating Skills based on the facts of the law
Enrolled Agent with knowledge of Tax laws
Strong Computer Skills
Able to work successfully in a team environment
Strong Customer Relationship Skills

Experience working in a heavily regulated industry, adhering strictly to ethical standards and best practices, and working with state and federal taxes a great plus.
