Job Description:
The Marketing Coordinator will initiate and manage the marketing and client acquisition activities of the company. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for initiating and managing various outbound marketing activities, assists in sales support, handle outbound calling and creating and posting content on blog and social media sites.
This is a non-commission full-time salaried position with possible bonus opportunities. Select candidate must possess the following skills:
Strong outbound telemarketing experience and success
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Social media integration and marketing
Experience in utilizing social networking tools; LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Blogging
Organizational, tracking and follow-up skills
Attention to details and the ability to plan and execute initiatives
Commitment to exceptional client service
Experience in the financial fields; investment, insurance, estate planning is requested. Securities licensed, Series 6 or 7 and/or insurance licensed desired, but not required. Experience or background in event planning, seminar coordination, social media marketing is a plus. Familiarity and/or experience using a CRM is desired.
Candidates must be organized, motivated, with strong people and communication skills. Also, an in-depth computer skill is a must; desktop publishing, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint.
