Immediate opening for Payroll/Benefits Administrator.� The position performs a wide variety of functions relating to payroll and benefits, maintains the automated payroll system, and performs other functions in support of the Human Resources Department.
Requires BS degree or minimum of five-year related experience.� Must have a good understanding of state and federal wage and hour laws and automated payroll system(Paychex/Excel a must).� Requires experience with benefits administration and worker's compensation.� Must be highly organized and have strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
1.� Maintain a current working knowledge of all state, federal, and local laws as they pertain to the Human ?Resources function in order to ensure compliance in a timely manner.
2.� Maintain current working knowledge of benefit laws to ensure company's compliance.
3.� Manage the day-to-day benefits activity throughout the organization in current manner.� Ensure timely resolution of benefits claims and employee requests.
4.� Manage human resources administrative functions including personnel file maintenance, applicant tracking system and all other personnel actions and administrative responsibilities of the HR function.
5.� Must be able to juggle multiple concurrent tasks and priorities with accuracy.
6.� Organizational skills must be exemplary.
7.� Must have excellent judgment and interpersonal skills.
8.� Must be resourceful and show excellent initiative.
9.� Must display a high degree of confidentiality and emotional maturity.
