Junior Accountant
The Brooklyn Brewery
The Brooklyn Brewery, a leader in the growing craft brewing industry, is currently expanding and looking to add to our accounting team. We are seeking an individual with a four year accounting degree plus 2-3 years of prior accounting experience. The position will work closely with our staff accountants and controller, while interacting with all areas of the organization. Responsibilities will include:
General ledger work and journal entries utilizing mas90 accounting software
Balance Sheet and Profit (Loss) account analysis
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Various beer, sales and excise tax returns

Successful candidates will be hard working, detail oriented and organized with a sound knowledge of accounting software applications, as well as Microsoft Excel and Word.
