Loan Modification Help Needed (Queens)

We are looking for someone to work PART --TIME or someone who is willing to work on a file per file basis who is experienced with processing Loan Modifications.

You will be responsible for evaluating loans for HAMP and traditional loan modifications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for negotiating with banks on behalf of client for loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other workable solutions.

You will have to review clients' documents in preparation for submission to lender
Constant follow up with lenders;
Correspond effectively with lenders;
Submit complete packages to the bank;
Follow-up with clients;

We are looking to hire someone immediately. The salary to commerurate with experience.
