We're looking for a detail-oriented individual to fill a key role in a newly formed business. This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position that may grow into a full-time opportunity.
Responsibilities
Optimize and report on new business performance
Analyze sales effectiveness and work directly with sales team to make adjustments and improvements
Continually deliver proactive recommendations for better and more effective delivery
Qualifications
Strong analytical capability and Excel proficiency required
Ability to problem-solve creatively
Good business judgment and ability to synthesize, analyze and extract implications from data
Ability to work with various groups throughout the company
Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
SQL skills a plus
Self starter
Detail oriented
Success working in fast paced environment
Operational mindset and ability to execute a plan
Must have great attitude, be self-motivated and self-organized, and hungry to make an impact and constantly develop in a fast growing organization
