Pro Softnet Corp, a leader in cloud storage and remote access services, is looking for a hands-on quantitatively data driven Marketing and Business Development Manager to continue to grow IBackup and IDrive as leaders in the Cloud storage space. IDrive(www.idrive.com) combined with IBackup (www.ibackup.com) offers one of the most popular services for Windows, Mac and iPhones. With over 800k users, 20 PetaBytes of Storage and 85 million contacts, we are one of the premier cloud based service providers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive direct response experience exponentially growing an e-commerce business via all available online and offline marketing channels, including a solid understanding of SEO, Affiliate, Display, Email Marketing, Social Media, and offline channels like Radio.
Responsibilities:
- Own the company customer acquisition marketing strategy and execution including expanding the marketing acquisition channels into new areas online and offline.
- Demonstrable history of proactively finding, negotiating and closing business development and partner marketing opportunities that result in significant new customer growth, loyalty and brand awareness.
- ROI based marketing for all products, including traditional media, email marketing and affiliate programs to drive qualified traffic and sales
- Implement comprehensive marketing campaigns for all paid content
- Analyze and define user attributes and behaviors of subscribed users for targeted ongoing communication
- Manage social media marketing and user engagement
- Own the company lifecycle and retention marketing (CRM) strategy including identifying areas of leakage on the marketing or product side that can recapture revenue and/or increase conversion
- Participate in product planning
- Coordinate all marketing and press in conjunction with new product launches
- Maximize press coverage and communicate value of the IDrive and IBackup brand to the widest audience of small businesses and Consumers.
Desired Skills Experience:
- 2-5 years' experience with proven success as Business Developer.
- B. S. in Computers Science/Information Technology or related filed. Master's or MBA a plus.
- Knowledge of online storage market
- Working knowledge of blogging, social media presence, networking
- Solid business judgment including strategic analysis and conceptual thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and oral, and the ability to communicate across functions and at various management levels both internally and externally
- Experience at working at conferences and giving presentations
- Experience and proven success in generating new business via: prospecting, strong relationship/partnering skills, understanding and insight regarding effective online marketing campaigns, as well as general marketing campaigns
