A fast growing online fashion jewelry company is seeking a
Personal and Professional Assistant to Owner of 2 Online conscious companies that sell meaningful, symbolic, energetic jewelry.
Job consists of:
- Managing 2.5 websites (putting on new collections, managing inventory, updating home pages)
- Customer service, responding to customers and email customers to solve issues.
- Social media (expanding on ideas), get FB likes etc.
- Copy editing
- Marketing and PR a great plus
- Must be proficient at excel spreadsheets and keeping track of changes on customer orders.
- Great communication skills a must
- Good time management
- Integrity - (as working from home and logging own hours)
- Detail oriented and organized
- Ability to keep meticulous track of customer concern/issues (for immediate care and ability to suggest powerful ways forward)
A proactive, quick creative thinker, self starter who can help expand the company and carve out a more extensive managerial role for themselves.

75% of the work can be done from home (to begin) and apx 25% from our Santa Monica home office.
