Duties:
Perform as Ambassador of the CEO, representing the office of the CEO with the utmost professionalism.
Compose and prepare routine correspondence.
Assist in developing presentations.
Prioritize projects and managing workflow.
Coordinate schedules with various department managers and outside individuals.
Prepare and process expense and analytics reports in an accurate and expeditious manner.
General administrative tasks such as word processing, document editing, setting up conference calls, dictation, transcription, maintaining files, and special projects as needed.
Promote and maintain firm culture, standards, and systems.
Perform all other duties as required by the CEO.
Requirements:
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy entrepreneur with strong communication skills.
Experience in the web software/IT industry is strongly preferred. Must be extremely technically savvy with Keynote/PowerPoint and intermediate with Excel and Word. Must be able to produce high quality presentations and pitch decks in Keynote or PowerPoint.
Must have a positive attitude and able to handle tight deadline situations regularly and capably.
Masters in Business Administration preferred.
Our company is in the medical marijuana industry, so being a medical marijuana patient and/or familiar with the industry is a plus.
