Job Descriptions:
You will be the personal assistant to an entrepreneur who co-founded several Internet businesses. The ability to carefully follow directions and communicating with c-level executives is a must. We are dedicated to find a high-calibrated individual with an exceptionally writing proficiency and knowledge of QuickBooks.

Requirements :
Past personal assistant experience
A Bachelor's Degree
Knowledge of office duties and procedures
Well versed in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Responsible, reliable, and resourceful
Very organized and able to multi-task and prioritize
Poised and professional
Excellent communicator -- written and oral
Energetic, outgoing and positive
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in English

Responsibilities include:
Internet expertise is essential
QuickBooks expertise is a must
Research and marketing projects as assigned
Written correspondence daily
Making complex travel arrangements
Making and confirming all internal and external appointments
Running errands and performing personal tasks as requested
Assisting with special projects as assigned
Possible travel as needed
Performing general office duties: faxing, scanning, filing, typing
Placing Orders online
Managing bank accounts
Tracking monthly office expenses

Compensation:
Salary/Contract (negotiable based on experience)
