Our current executive assistant is getting promoted, so we're looking for a replacement. Don't worry -- there will be plenty of training and support as you learn the ropes in the company. The executive assistant to the CEO is a key position in the company, ideal for someone who wants to learn the ins and outs of a creative agency/creative think-tank business. We're looking for a dynamic, personable, LA-savvy, well-spoken, well-presenting, smart and detail-oriented individual who works hard, and has unbridled positive energy. You will work in a gorgeous office space, in a family-like environment, with like-minded, creative, hardworking, energetic people. Your responsibilities will include:
- Travel planning / meeting scheduling / notes taking
- Event / dinner / celebration planning
- Event hosting
- Being a personable, bright and well-spoken representative of the company, often the first contact for many prospective clients
- Personal errands
- Travel to meetings / locations
- Expense management
- Powerpoint deck creation
- House-sitting / dog-sitting
- Communication (email / phone) management, etc.
As with most agencies, work includes long hours, and some weekends. The candidate must be willing to be on call 24/7, since the CEO travels 3-4 days a week.
We're especially looking for someone who has the following traits:
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Personable and well-spoken
- Creative and clever
- LA-savvy (know the ins and outs of clubs, bars, restaurants.)
- Miracle-worker -- getting stuff done that very few others can do
- Digitally-savvy
- Pop-cultural
- Experience with Keynote is a big plus
