We are looking to fill a full time position for a company located in Downtown Los Angeles. Applicants should have at least 3 years experience in Commercial Property Management. This includes experience in accounting and CAM reconciliation.

Strong accounting experience operating QuickBooks
Basic accounting skills
Able to compose professional and well written letters
Basic computer knowledge in Excel and Word
High level of accuracy, detail oriented, and organized
Initiative to gain new responsibilities and assist others when needed
Solid time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize, and successfully balance multiple tasks and requests
Experience dealing with tenants or customers
Preferred:
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Familiar with Real Estate Laws
Chart of account setup in QuickBooks
Experience writing leases
Background and credit check will be conducted. Applicant will demonstrate familiarity and skill level during the 2nd interview.
