Growing company is seeking for a Human Resources Manager, minimum 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be a Quick Learner and able to develop, implement, and maintain Human Resources policies and programs such as staffing/recruiting, wage/salary administration, employee relations, training, benefit administration and labor relations. Must be extremely Detail Oriented and have very good Problem- solving skills. Candidate must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Enforces Company's Policies and Procedures
Promote the opportunity for a formal discussion by employees and their supervisors to review overall work performance, objectives, and career development.
Recruits qualified candidates following current hiring guidelines for exempt and non-exempt positions.
Conducts new hire initial training.
Maintain all personnel, payroll and related files to meet all state, federal, and company regulations.
Serves as the point of contact for the administration of company benefit programs.
Keeps Management informed about the performance of the team, analyzes team performance and provide recommendations for changes and improvement.
Prepares and ensures accuracy of weekly/real time reports that provide insight into the performance of different departments.
Works with key managers on special projects; researches and analyzes key data related to business and employee performance.
Creates and presents findings from reporting and analysis to management.
Job Requirements:
4 years Human Resources College Degree required.
4 years of Human Resources Management experience.
In-depth knowledge of applicable state, local and federal labor laws, HR practices and regulations.
Demonstrated knowledge of human resources best practices/procedures.
The ability to work independently, meet deadlines, work under pressure and handle changing priorities is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly and concisely characterize complex analysis in an understandable way.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of various computer software applications (i.e., Microsoft Office applications).
Strong work ethics and very dependable.
