We are looking for individuals that have a strong background in Retail Management/Leadership. If you have been in an Assistant Manager, Store/Center Manager position in a Retail environment, then FedEx Office is the place for you!

We are looking for individuals to fill management positions in Los Angeles West, Los Angeles Downtown and San Fernando areas.

A detail of qualifications are listed below for Center Manager positions:
The Center Manager is responsible for managing the overall center operation, including supervision of team members and the administration of center sales performance and profitability objectives.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred
Advanced level of reading, writing and mathematical ability
Proven ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Proven ability to lead, direct and supervise
For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check

A detail of qualifications are listed below for Assistant Manager positions:
Leads a center business unit, focusing on creating a consistent and positive customer experience. Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages center in the absence of the center manager. The center assistant manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member.
High School diploma or equivalent education
1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred
For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring, including successful passing of background check
For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook
