Matura Farrington, Inc is seeking candidates for a mid-size downtown Los Angeles law firm in need of an office services / records clerk.
Office Services Clerk responsibilities include sorting delivering mail, heavy copying, scanning, faxing relief reception and conference room set up and other duties as assigned.
Records / File Clerk responsibilities include scanning and saving documents to the system, cataloging documents and updating files, preparing closed files for offsite storage, opening new cases, and preparing file labels.
Requirements:
*Must have 2+ years experience as an Office Services / File Clerk in a law firm setting.
*Must be available to start on a temporary basis.
*Represents basic qualifications for this Office Services / Records Clerk position. To be considered for this position you must at least meet the basic qualifications.
