Purpose
The Operations Manager is a key role that increases the efficiency of all departments and the overall company. This position acts as a liaison between our company employees and senior management. A balanced implementation of company policies and a positive attitude within the work environment is essential in maintaining our company operations.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M; must be flexible in regards to priorities

Job Responsibilities
Manage employee performance by ensuring that all staff members are working at a professional level to exceed expectations though mentoring and motivation
Supervise daily activities in order to establish strategies to optimize productivity while minimizing human errors that can occur within the company daily operations.
Develop company processes, systems, and policies while maintaining their implementation and use throughout the company department.
Maintain positive staff relationships and work environments in order to lead them in setting prospective goals and initiating reasonable solutions as needed.
Observe issues in relation to any company departments in order to provide general solution for senior management decisions
Evaluate staff performance and provide valuable input in regards to written reviews.
Coordinate key performance monthly analysis using the best applicable practices, financial analysis, and tracking tools.
Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years managing 50 + employees on a daily operational basis; must be comfortable in managing customer service and warehouse departments.
Excellent in verbally and written communication in English; Bilingual English/Chinese speaking preferred.
Intermediate knowledge of computer hardware and programs; Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, etc.
Detail orientated and well organized to display strategic planning skills and project management
Strong communication and inter-personal skills to promote excellent problem solving, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
Business-savy and focused in order to take effective initiative action and multi-task.
Outgoing and friendly personality willing to work with company personnel from diverse racial, cultural, and economic backgrounds.
Ability to motivate and engage others to perform up to company expectations at all times.
