A Med Spa with two locations "Tarzana Glendale" is looking for an experienced receptionist for a full-time/part-time position.
Requirements:
Previous years of spa/salon receptionist experience
Must be fluent in English, Armenian or Farsi
Experienced using computerized scheduling software
Previous sales/customer service experience
Be able to work well under heavy telephone and customer traffic
Have excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone
Have a flexible schedule
Duties:
Scheduling appointments
Handling phone calls
Light paper work and filing
