RESIDENT APARTMENT MANAGER (Arcadia, Near Pasadena)

*We are currently seeking a Resident Apartment Manager Team/Couple for a 28
unit apartment building.
*This is an ON-SITE POSITION in the Arcadia area.
NO PETS/NO SMOKING

Qualifications:
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE/HANDY SKILLS FOR BASIC PLUMBING, PAINTING, AND REPAIRS.
-MUST HAVE prior on-site property management experience
-Experience with leasing and have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to the following:
-Showing and renting vacant units, (which includes preparation of prospective tenant
applications and rental agreements for submission to the office)
-Performing maintenance and repairs and be available for emergencies
-Keeping property grounds clean and presentable at all times
-Communicating often with office
-Maintain high occupancy
-Ensuring any vacant unit be presentable for showing at all times
-Directs timely rent collections, preparing rent receipts and journals, posting tenant
notices
-Supervising any outside worker or company performing services on the premises, (for
example, gardeners, painters, cleaners, etc.)
-Has knowledge of legal procedures related to rentals.
-Keeping monthly expenditures at a minimum
-Takes necessary steps to ensure both appearance and physical integrity of the property
and its assets are in good condition at all times.
