Ready to "ROCK" your career??? We're growing again, and looking for an experienced person who can provide leadership and coordination of company sales, marketing and business development functions in our Wholesale Division, in our Compton headquarters offices.
The primary responsibility of this role will be to implement sales and marketing strategies for developing business and relationships to meet or exceed projected sales revenues; while coordinating marketing and professional efforts. The position will report to our Director of Wholesale.
Minimum Position Requirements:
Experience in automotive and aftermarket business, core competency in the Off Road segment preferred
Strong aptitude and experience in Sales, Marketing, and Managing a Sales Team of 50+
Ability to work with, and develop an internal support team with a united focus to continually grow sales and service while exceeding customer's and company expectations
A proven track record with Jobber networks, dealer networks, fleet accounts, E-com accounts, and National Chain Accounts
Excellent negotiation skill in challenging situations is a must, both internally and externally
Ability to develop and implement improvement changes unaided
Ability to travel is required (approximately 25% of the time)
