The V Syndicate, LLC specializes in creating and customizing new creatively designed personal products for several niche markets from kitchen accessories to marketing professionals to tobacco shops and convenient stores.
We are currently seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer. We are looking for designers that are proactive in presenting their ideas and designs to prospective customers. Someone who produces visual solutions to the communication needs of clients, using a mix of creative skills and commercial awareness. Designers need imaginative flair, awareness of current fashions in the visual arts, working knowledge of the latest computer packages and an understanding of material costs and time limits, all of which can impact the design.
Job Responsibilities
Speaking/emailing clients to discuss their business needs.
Developing design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify design issues.
Thinking creatively, using innovation to produce new ideas.
Working under tight deadlines and the constraints of cost, time and client.
Multi-tasking, graphic designers often work on more than one design at a time.
Producing accurate and high quality work.
Contributing ideas and design artwork.
Keeping abreast of developments in IT, particularly design programs.
Working well in a team, with printers, copywriters, photographers, other designers, account executives, and marketing specialists.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite CS4 or higher.
Must have your own Mac laptop with Adobe Creative Suite.
Use layers consistent with our design conventions.
Must be able to multi-task.
HTML, CSS and Illustration skills are a plus.
