The DADC Graphic Design Intern position provides creative design support for the Creative Services function supporting Sony DADC, including both the U.S. and global entities. The position is in Culver City, CA.

The successful candidate is a team player able to take direction from all team members from VP to Designer level. Key Traits looked for are a keen eye for detail, ability to work under deadline, and competency in following strict technical specifications. The Graphic Design Intern will:

Responsibilities
• Localize DVD Menus from provided English assets
• Build-out localized BD routings and deliveries from provided creative assets
• Deliver iTunesLP and iTunes Extras graphics to spec from creative PSD
• Attack other daily assigned graphic tasks
• Transfer knowledge gained from one project to another
• Perform required database entry

Requirements

• Superior Knowledge of the following: 
   o Photoshop (including Layer Comps and Smart Objects)
   o InDesign
   o Final Cut
   o After Effects
• Excellent organizational skills
• Willingness to learn
• Team attitude
• Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines
• Professional Corporate attitude with flexibility towards job duties and client/management direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Full attention to the smallest details
• MAC, PC and Internet savvy
• Microsoft: Excel, Word
• Additional helpful skills include:
   o Multi-media Design knowledge and/or interest
   o Quark
   o Illustrator
