This position is 1-2 days a week, working out of a home office. The company handles both residential and commercial projects. The tasks will range from banking, picking up and returning samples, photographing and measuring rooms and/or furniture, invoicing, filing, organizing client folders/bags, paying invoices/bills, furniture specification sheets, furniture plans, some shopping and lastly, research. I need someone who is very organized, who works quickly and efficiently with good communication skills. Computer requirements: you must have your own laptop to bring to work. You must have a strong command of the following programs: illustrator, photoshop and office.
