Real Estate Investment/Property Management Company seeking Full Charge Bookkeeper for growing company. Our portfolio is a mix of Commercial Properties and Apartment Buildings.
Primary Duties will consitst of handling and/or supervising company accounting matters, including:
- General Ledger
- A/R and A/P
- Managing Outside Payroll Service
- Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Cash Flow Management
- Property and Investment Analysis
- Forcasting and Budgeting
- Bank Account Reconciliations
- Year End Closings
- Property Tax Analysis
- SOS Filings
- Federal and State Tax
- Thorough knowledge of Quickbooks and use of Quickbook
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel etc)
Other Duties may include;
- Office Supervision as needed
- Property Management Duties as assigned
- Other misc. duties as assigned
Acceptable Candidates shall possess:
1. BA/BS in Accounting, or other related major
2. Three years of professional bookkeeping experience
3. Excellent leadership skills
4. Quality and Detailed Oriented Skills
5. Excellent Follow-Up Skills
