Loyola Marymount University's College of Business Administration is seeking an Administrative Coordinator. This position will provide traditional administrative support for the MBA Program Office, process office payments, support departmental activities through event facilitation, and serve as a liaison and point of contact for the office. Other responsibilities include supervising undergraduate work study students, and working with the MBA Director to maintain a master spreadsheet and track MBA scholarships.

We seek candidates who typically possess a Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Minimum three to five years administrative experience, preferably in an academic environment. Demonstrated knowledge in the areas of: MBA Program curriculum, course sequences and requirements, course offerings, admission requirements, graduation requirements, University resources and facilities. Additionally, we seek candidates who can multi-task, plan, organize, and execute day-to-day operations. Demonstrated computer competency and proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to maintain highly effective working relationships is a must.
