Virtual Assistant

Hours: Flexible schedule, in your home whenever it's convenient
Variable hours per week, probably about 1-5 hours per week

Tasks:
Keep Wordpress websites updated with new events and articles; post videos, pictures and text.
Find and install Wordpress plugins and widgets as needed
Use online publishing tools to post articles and pictures to other public websites.
Obtain pictures from online sites to include with articles, and resize as necessary.
Research potential sites to post articles.
Set up and monitor various new sites such as Squidoo Lens, YouTube channel, etc.
Use Audacity to edit mp3 audio files
Use video editing software to edit videos
**Experience with Infusionsoft a plus**

We are seeking someone with these qualities:
Proficient with Word Press--not a beginner, please!
STRONG reading and writing skills. This isn't negotiable--you MUST be able to spell ACCURATELY.
Skills in using social media sites (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Squidoo, Twitterfeed, Hootsuite, etc.)
Gives STRONG attention to detail in everything undertaken
Excellent organizational habits
Turn-around time for projects 1-2 days
Works quickly with high accuracy
Follows through on tasks, never letting anything fall between the cracks
