One of Axiom's core competencies is the RD tax credit on both the state and federal levels. As part of the application process for these credits, analysis of engineering activities and technical issues need to be performed. This entails extensive interactions with our engineering clients (i.e., civil, mechanical, and environmental) in terms of interviewing project managers , drafting and reviewing 10 to 20 page reports, and reviewing technical documentation.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent degree with at least 3 -- 4 years of experience
Experience in a wide range of projects (highways, residential, and commercial)
Familiarity with analysis and design of site factors and constraints
Ability to review and analyze drawings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including technical writing)
Ability to maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with clients
Experience with LEED modeling and one or more of the following software is a plus:
