ESTABLISHED LOS ANGELES RESIDENTIAL GENERAL CONTRACTOR SEEKING EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGER AND ESTIMATOR.
We are looking for a self motivated professional with a positive can-do attitude
that can manage all phases of very high quality construction projects from the estimating phase through project close-out.
Must be well versed in: the CSI format, producing custom excel spread sheets,bid drawing distribution, subcontractor bid analysis and comparisons,
AIA contracts, submittal process, RFI process, project scheduling.
The position will also require in depth knowledge of all building systems, including structural, mechanical, finish and waterproofing.
Applicant must be an expert at blueprint reading. We build very complex modern architecture which often requires construction detail development.
Professional degree in Construction Administration or Architecture is required.
