Aviesta is an online retailer of women's fashion. We are looking for a part-time bookkeeper to assist with weekly AP, Payroll, monthly reconciliations and other miscellaneous accounting tasks.
Services can be performed remotely and all systems are web-based. The time required will be approximately 20 hours per week, but may vary. Our main office is located in Santa Monica with 15 employees.
Interfacing with our account on an adhoc basis regarding taxes, may be required.
Requirement:
Knowledge of NetSuite financial system
Ability to work remotely and interface with senior management
Have weekly calls to review AP and administer payments
This is a 1099 position only.
